Once completed, send this form to glasscitycon@gmail.com. Payment can be made in the form of check, money order, or PayPal (glasscitycon@gmail.com). Full payment must be received by June 16, 2017 to ensure space and proper promotion. Make all payments out Glass City Con LLC and send them to:

GOODS OR SERVICES FOR ADS Glass City Con may be able to accept goods or services to help the convention in exchange for advertising space. This is subject to approval by the convention organizer. Contact us for more information.

WEB ADVERTISING
For a one-time fee, your banner will be placed on the website from the moment we receive your payment until the site is taken down after the convention.

Guidelines
Banners should be rectangular, wide, and no more than 468 x 60 pixels at 72 pixels per square inch.
Web ads will be placed as they are given without reformatting. We are not responsible for poor-quality
images due to improper graphic settings or low quality images.

Glass City Con is not responsible for ads not run if properly formatted images aren’t provided by the
specified date.

Only JPEG and GIFs will be accepted. Animated GIFs are fine.

Avoid banners containing nudity, excessive violence, or excessive language. Ads can be coupons.

PRINTED PROGRAM ADVERTISING
Image files and payments must be received by June 16, 2017.

Program books will be given to every attendee. Printing will be done in grayscale by default. Color
printing may be available for an addition fee. If you would like color if it becomes available, please
mention this in the Special Request section.

BADGE ADVERTISING

Badges will be provided to every attendee, are constantly visible, and our frequently kept as
souvenirs. We have a single spot available for a 2” W x 1” H ad on the back of our attendee badges.
The cost of this ad is $2000.

We’ll resize your ad to scale, so it’s best to have it the proper size to avoid resizing issues. We are not responsible for poor-quality prints due to improper graphic settings or low quality images.

FLYER DISTRIBUTION
Flyers and payments must be received by July 12, 2017.

We will include your advertising flyers with all material handed to every attendee for $100 per ad. You must provide materials to hand out. We recommend providing 2,000 flyers for this option. Postcard-sized flyers are recommended. We will accept fliers up to 8” x 11”. Please inquire about larger flyers.

Flyer printing is available upon request for an addition fee.

BOOTH ADVERTISING
Promote your product or organization directly to our attendees by setting up a booth at Glass City Con. For more information, please go to www.glasscitycon.com/dealers/. You will have to fill out the form there.

COMMERCIALS
Commercials and payments must be received by June 16, 2017.

Your ad will be run during breaks in the Screening Room and during certain events. Please contact us for details.

ALTERNATIVE ADVERTISING
