Το Girl Power Greece φέρνει στην Ελλάδα για δεύτερη φορά το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα Girl Power Leadership Academy σε συνεργασία με την ΠΑΕ ΟΦΗ. Προκειται για μια ακαδημία ενδυνάμωσης νέων ηγετών στο χώρο του αθλητισμού, δίνοντας τους τα εργαλεία και τη μεθοδολογία για να διερευνήσουν και να εξοικειωθούν με θεωρίες και μεθοδολογικές πρακτικές για θέματα ηγεσίας, επικοινωνίας, προσωπικής ανάπτυξης, συμπεριληπτικής προπονητικής συμπεριφοράς κ.α. Απευθύνεται σε νεαρές γυναίκες 18-30 ετών όλων των εθνικοτήτων και από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα που επιθυμούν να επιδιώξουν μια επαγγελματική καριέρα στον αθλητισμό (είτε ως αθλήτριες, είτε ως προπονήτριες, δημοσιογράφοι, στελέχη αθλητικών ομάδων κλπ),αλλά κυρίως να συνδεθούν με ένα μεγαλύτερο δίκτυο γυναικών που θέλουν να αλλάξουν τον κόσμο.

Στόχος του Girl Power Academy Greece είναι να δώσει ευκαιρίες ενδυνάμωσης σε νεαρές γυναίκες και να αλλάξει την νοοτροπία που υποστηρίζει ότι το ποδόσφαιρο δεν είναι ισότιμο και για τα δύο φύλα. Το Πρόγραμμα θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης, 25- 26 Νοεμβρίου 2024 και είναι δωρεάν για τις συμμετέχουσες.

Girl Power Greece organises in Greece, in collaboration with OFI FC,  for the second time, the educational program Girl Power Leadership Academy. This an academy for empowering new leaders, in the field of sports, giving them tools and methodology to explore and familiarise themselves with theories and methodological practices on issues of leadership, communication, personal development, inclusive coaching behaviour, etc.

The initiative is addressed to young women aged 18-25 of all nationalities and all backgrounds and want to pursue a professional career in sports, but mainly to connect themselves with a larger network of women who want to change the world.The goal of Girl Power Academy Greece is to give empowerment opportunities to young women and to reverse the embedded perception that football is not equal for both genders.

The Programme will take place in Herakleion, Crete, 25-26 November 2024 and all costs are covered for the participants.
