Rotary Music Fest 2024 Registration Form
Welcome to our new online registration form!
Deadline for registration and payment: January 31, 2024.

Step 1: Complete the following form for EACH ensemble you wish to register. Please check for accurate spelling as information will be used to prepare certificates.

Step 2: After completing separate forms for each group, submit one cheque for your school/organization’s TOTAL registration fees, made payable to “Rotary Music Festival.”

Registration and scheduling priorities are dependent on both the above steps being completed and received.

2024 Festival Dates:
Choral: April 24 - 26
Jazz: April 27 - 28
Concert Band/Strings: April 29 - May 2

All portions of the festival will take place at the MUN School of Music in St. John’s, NL.

2024 Fees:
Fees remain unchanged from the previous year.
$275 per ensemble
$175 for subsequent affiliated ensembles in the same festival category (eg. 2nd+ choir from same school, 2nd+ jazz ensemble from same school).

A second form will follow in the spring concerning Seating Plans, Honour Awards and Group Bios.

Registration Fine Print
I acknowledge that all of my group’s scheduling requests have been included on the form above. I understand that given the complexity of scheduling it may not be possible for every request to be honoured. Registration priority and scheduling requests can only be considered once payment has been received. All fees are non-refundable.
