Registration for 2023 School's Out Summer Camps at Chamberlin, Orchard and RMCS (RMCS relocated FHTMS)
Early Ed camp will be at Chamberlin ONLY. This camp is for 3, 4, & 5 year old children. If your child has not yet attended Kindergarten, you may only register for Chamberlin Early Ed.

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT PER CHILD, PER WEEK, is due upon receiving a Summer Camp confirmation email from Mike Tavares. IF YOUR CHILD IS NEW TO THE SCHOOL'S OUT PROGRAM YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP A PROCARE ACCOUNT.

myprocare.com (if you're child is currently attending or has attended School's Out in the past), checks can be mailed to "School's Out, 577 Dorset St, South Burlington, VT. 05403", or you can pay by credit card over the phone. Please email Mike (schoolsoutbookkeeper@sbschools.net) to schedule a time to pay over the phone. If you are signed up for auto-pay, the deposit will be deducted from your account on the next auto-pay date (unless you submit another form of payment prior to that date), If your family receives full funding from the state, then no deposit is due. Those receiving subsidy of 50% or more need not pay deposit. Those receiving less than 50% subsidy should submit $25 deposit per child/per week.

Camps will have a max capacity of 55 children per day.
You will receive confirmation within one week of deposit receipt. Once a camp reaches the limit, we will add names to a wait list. Your enrollment is not complete until you have received confirmation and we have received the deposit.
Select which camp your child will attend each week (select "no" if your child will not be attending a particular week).
Cancellation Policy: Families giving less than a two week notice of withdrawal will be required to pay the tuition in full. Notifications of withdrawal must be emailed to
schoolsoutbookkeeper@sbschools.net. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (cannot apply to other tuition or fees).
