Choosing MUN Leadership
Hello! I'm doing an article/opinion-y piece on how MUN groups choose their leadership and I need input from the MUNI alumni. The idea is to contrast what seem to be the two most common methods: open elections where the whole team/club can vote for the club's leadership vs. a closed system where the current leaders and/or advisers choose the next leaders. I'd love to hear what you all have to say on this topic.
