This International ILL Toolkit was conceived by Brian Miller of The Ohio State University and developed during several SHARES virtual town hall discussions in March-May 2021.  Brian collaborated with Lapis Cohen of the University of Pennsylvania and Dennis Massie of OCLC Research to refine the structure and seed the listing with information.

Send questions and comments to Dennis Massie, OCLC Research, massied@oclc.org.
