District 97 is accepting applications for the early childhood blended classrooms at Whittier Elementary School for the 2024-25 school year. We are seeking non-IEP students who will be between the ages of 3 and 4 years by Sept. 1, 2024 with the following qualifications:
*demonstrate age-appropriate language and social skills
*Oak Park residents
*not enrolled in another preschool for the 2024-25 school year
*in person attendance will be required

To apply for the program, please complete this form and the two ASQ questionnaires linked below. Only when the application has been completed and the ASQs have been submitted will your child be considered for the blended early childhood program. Parents will be notified if their child has been accepted.

MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY
AM Session - 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
PM Session - 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
WEDNESDAY
AM Session - 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
PM Session - 12 p.m. to 2:0 p.m.
