#LetTheMusicMove US Visa Survey
The US visa office has proposed a huge increase to P&O visa fees (short and long term work visas for creative professionals). The proposed increase to the current petition fee is from $460 to $1,655 (260%) for a regularly processed 'O' visa and $460 to $1,615 (251%) for a regularly processed 'P' visa. The increase in fees will apply to all foreign performers/creative workers seeking to enter the US (not just British).

The UK embassy in Washington is asking for data on the potential impacts of such an increase. We urgently need artist, producer, songwriter and manager input to help inform our collective response as well as respond directly to the federal consultation [link] by 6th March. Please ask your US based agents and promoters to also respond as this will hold increased weight with the US Government.
