Registration for Ready To Launch 2024
Thank you for your interest in attending the Ready to Launch: Transition Group for Youth at Epilepsy Toronto.

This four week virtual group will provide practical information and supportive discussions to prepare youth with epilepsy for the transition to adulthood. Topics will include: post-secondary education, employment, navigating the adult health care system, and living independently. Each session will feature breakout group discussions and guest speakers - professionals working in the fields of employment, health care, and post-secondary education, as well as young adults and their parents with lived experience of epilepsy.

The group is open to youth in grades 11 through to post-secondary, together with their parents/caregivers.

Dates: Thursday evenings, November 7 - 28 (four weeks) from 7:30 - 9:00 pm on Zoom
