Athlete Interest Form
Hi!  I'd like to know more about you and your interest in potentially being coached by or training with me.  I review interest forms on a rolling basis and if we decide this is the right coaching/training fit for you, I accept new athletes on the 1st and 15th of the month, subject to availability.  If my coaching roster is full, you will receive an email letting you know the first available start date or your placement on a waitlist.

Typically, within 48 hours, you'll receive an email from me with next steps!  I usually offer a Zoom/phone call to connect and chat a bit more about offerings, you as an athlete and to help answer any questions you might have.  If you would prefer to have this discussion via email instead, please let me know your preference here.
