What: Dressage, Show Jumping, or Derby Rally - Trailer or Stall Rally Format
When: August 8 & 9, 2026
Where: TBEA Summer Extravaganza Show at Lake Oswego Hunt Club, 2725 Iron Mtn Blvd, Lake Oswego Oregon 97034
Cost: $50 per competitor per rally (excluding Stable Managers)
➩ Each rider MUST enter 3 classes at the show for Team Points at the Rally. Enter the TBEA show using their form (link below), in addition to using this form to sign up for Rally. YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR BOTH.
➩ You may register for one type of Rally or for a combo: Dressage Only, Show Jump Only, Dressage/SJ (Combined Test) Combo, or Dressage/XC (Derby) Combo. If you do the Combo options you will need to enter extra Dressage or Jump rounds so you have a total of three rounds to count for the Rally Team.
➩You may enter as many classes with TBEA as you like, but you must pre-select 3 classes for team points at rally. One of your tests may be the Musical Freestyle class for rally if you are entered in Training level or above.
➩ Non-Qualifying Rally. You can choose to have a stall for your horse, you will be judged on stall set up for HM but the Tack Room will be judged like a trailer rally for each team. Feed rooms are optional (and can be part of the tack room). If you opt to not have a stall, you'll tie your horse to the trailer (blocker rings ARE allowed if your horse doesn't hard tie with a safety knot) or keep them in hand. Horses must NOT be left unattended, and trailers and pop-up tents must be safely arranged to avoid injury. ALL pop-up tents, if used, must be staked securely to the ground.

MUST complete their own entry form for the show directly with the Thoroughbred Exhibitor's Association. Submit the form AND required payment by following their instructions.

➩ COMPLETE THIS FORM TOO. The Team Entry Form is to be completed for each team or for individual catch riders. Indicate on this form in which 3 classes each rider will be competing for rally team points.
Additional classes may be entered on the TBEA show form that will not be included for team scoring.

➩ Changes to entries made after July 27th will only be made in emergency situations. There will be NO refunds after closing date unless accompanied by a vet's and/or doctor's certificate.
➩ This entry form should be filled out by the DC/CA or their delegate and not by individual members. You will need competitor names, phone numbers, emails, certification levels, and which dressage test(s) the competitors want to do.
＄ The cost to compete is $50 per competing member (NO entry fee required for Stable Managers) to ORUSPC, in addition to any payment made to TBEA for show fees.
➩ Each team is required to provide the names and contact information for a minimum of 2 volunteers and one (1) team chaperone. Rallies rely on everyone pulling together and doing their part to make this a successful event. We rely heavily on volunteers. *Chaperones are not required for adults 18 and over, but an emergency contact must be provided.
➩ Haul-in will be between 7:00 am and 8:00 am, and the rally briefing will be held at a time to be determined.

This form allows for up to 4 riders and one stable manager - if you are ONLY entering a stable manager, scroll past the 4 rider entries. Jr stable managers are a great option for an introduction to rallying for those 10 yo and under. They do not count as part of the team scoring and can be very flexible with their schedule. The intro lead line classes might be a great opportunity for them as well!
