<Black Dahlia Employee Code of Conduct>
1. As an employee of The Black Dahlia you required to be respectful to all guests, employees and managers at all times.  Kindly refrain from the following; Hate speech, sexisim, discrimination, homo/transphobia, bullying, or other activities that could be considered harmful to others.

2.If you should come into dispute with a guest, fellow employee, or manager please speak to one of the staff via a DM/tell. Please refrain from using Linkshells, FC chat or public discord channels.

3. While you are not required to work any schedule, if you commit to work on any given night we expect that you please honor the commitment in a punctual manner.

4. If you cannot make a previously agreed upon work night please give us as much notice as reasonably possible or at the very least notify as soon as you can after a missed shift.

5. Courtesans will need to adhere to an additional set of rules outlined in the Courtesan specific Code of Conduct.

6. As a condition of employment, all applicants are required to partake in an interview with management. While management does prefer to do this via discord voice chats as this does help us to better gauge a prospective employee's "vibe", if you are not comfortable being in a VC text interviews are acceptable.

7. Be mindful of the fact that as employees of the Black Dahlia your conduct reflects back on the venue itself. While we will never fire/ban anyone without due consideration, if reports of misconduct are received and are found to be of merit then the offending Staff/FC/Community member could be subject to disciplinary actions up to and including termination and a permanent ban from all venue properties both in and out of game.  

8. All peoples, parties and individuals employed by The Black Dahlia are of 18+ years old or older. Failure to disclose you are under 18+ years old or lying about being 18+ years old will lead to immediate termination and banning from any and all venue related properties. While we try to keep the venue SFW, we understand that sometimes things get spicy as they do in most nightclubs time to time and we do not wish to expose those under 18 years of age to this type of atmosphere. #ProtectTheKids 

<Courtesan Specific Conduct>
1. As a courtesan we do require that you will obtain a consent receipt to ensure that all parties involved are above the age of 18, consent to the activates of your services and that boundaries of both parties are respected at all times. An example is provided below, you may word this how you wish but must include the following: Disclosure of being 18 years of age or older, that both parties agree to engaging in erotic role play, that both parties have the right to end the session at any time and for any reason.
(*ALL PARTICIPANTS IN ERP SHALL BE DEPECTIED AS ADULTS @ OR ABOVE THE AGE OF CONSENT WHERE THIS AGE IS ABOVE THE STANDARD 18 YEARS OF AGE*)   

Example macro:
/tell <t> By accepting this trade, you certify that you are over the age of 18 and give full consent to view adult content and Erotic Roleplay. Additionally you consent that any participant of this Roleplay may call a stop to any and all actives if they so wish for any reason.

2. Please do not "Snipe" a client from another fellow courtesan, if another court is currently engaging with a client please ask in a /tell if it is okay that you enter their conversation.

3. You are allowed and encouraged to set your own prices for services within the scope of our club Minimums.(Please know your worth, we value you and you should too) Our minimum required fee for ERP services is 150k for half an hour & 300k for an hour.  Other services such as lap/private dances, body shots, etc may be priced as you see fit.

4. All courtesan are required as a condition of employment to make and maintain a courtesan profile and kinksheet that will be displayed in your courtesan profile. We ask that you use this site to create it.

5. As a condition of employment as courtesan, we require a text RP audition/sample in addition to the standard interview for all employees.

<Privacy Disclosure>
1. Applicant's who make a submission will have their IP recorded for security reasons. If you are found to be abusing this form, then your IP will be forwarded to the google support team and proper authorities if necessary.

All IP's recorded will be deleted after 30 days to prevent forum abuse.
