This is an application for head coaching in Macdonald Hockey. Your responses will be considered by our coaches selection committee and successful applicants will be contacted by the age directors following evaluations. Coaches may not be considered for a head coach position if they do not apply.

All coaching staff will be required to complete a mandatory and satisfactory Child Abuse Registry Check (CAR) which is mandated by Hockey MB.
