In order to process your request to homeschool your child(ren), kindly fill out this form. Once your request is received and board approved, you will receive a confirming letter stating that you will be in charge of homeschooling your child(ren).

PLEASE NOTE: Prior to board approval, all school material must be returned to your child's school. This includes Chromebooks and textbooks.
