2017 Pinedorado Parade Entry Form
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Entry Fee: Commercial = $60, All Others = $15
All registrations must be received NO LATER than July 25th, 2017
Mail Checks to: Cambria Lions Club P.O. Box 717 Cambria, CA 93428

The acceptance of a parade entry is at the discretion of the parade committee.
Accepted entrants will receive their parade package by email Mid August.

You will receive a Registration Confirmation via email immediately following your online submission. Please call Jeff if you do not see your Registration Confirmation.

PARADE RULES:
- You may hand out candy, gum, etc. but please DO NOT throw anything from your parade entry.
- We encourage your best efforts at the judge's stand but you must keep moving!
- With your entry, you are accepting responsibility for proper conduct of all participants in your group.
