Please complete the form below to register your student in the FREE Pathways 2 Success/21st CCLC After-School Program operated by Indiana Parenting Institute Inc. of St. Joseph County (IPISJC). This program is available to South Bend Community School Corporation students in grades 6th, 7th, and 8th attending Dickinson Fine Arts Academy, Edison Middle School, Jackson Middle School, and Navarre Middle School. All registered participants will receive free after-school transportation and a free after-school meal.
Please be aware that transportation details are still being finalized. In the meantime, parents/guardians will need to arrange transportation until further notice. However, if the school provides an after school activity bus, your student may use it to get home.
The Pathways 2 Success (P2S) after-school program is in the process of finalizing locations. We anticipate opening at Dickinson Fine Arts Academy, Edison Middle School, Jackson Middle School, and Navarre Middle School locations soon and will provide updates. In the meantime, please register your student at the location that corresponds to their current school.
The Pathways 2 Success (P2S) after-school program operates September 3, 2024-May 29, 2025 Monday through Thursday from 2:30pm-4:30pm at Dickinson Fine Arts Academy and Edison Middle School and from 4:30pm-6:00pm at Jackson Middle School and Navarre Middle School. Students will meet in the Library.

Students with special needs will be given equal access to participate in the Pathways 2 Success/21st CCLC after-school program. For all students with special needs who participate, the Pathways 2 Success/21st CCLC staff will receive a copy of the student’s required accommodations and/or modifications at enrollment. The special education director and/or the Pathways 2 Success/21st CCLC program director will review modifications in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) to determine what is feasible in the program setting. No student shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination in any program or activity because of gender, race, religion, belief, national origin, age, disability, or ethnic group.
