Vendor applications for the 559 Night Market, happening the last Friday of each month from April to October in Chinatown outside Central Fish. The event runs 5-10p. Setup time is 3p. Tear down is 10p.
This application is for food vendors, craft vendors and info booths. For sponsorship inquiries, please contact
fresnostreeteats@gmail.com- Food trucks and food tent vendor fee is 10 percent of gross sales. You'll need to turn in your sales by giving us a screenshot of your POS (Square, Clover, etc). A $60 deposit is required.
- Table vendors and info booth costs $60. Spaces are payable in advance to reserve your space. Booths are 10x10. Anything bigger would require buying two spaces.
- This event is curated. Submitting an application doesn't guarantee you a spot in the event. If we select you to participate in the event, we will send you an email with more info.
- Food vendors will be required to fill out a Fresno County Health Dept. Community Event form for this event. Please email
fresnostreeteats@gmail.com to get one if you don't already have one.
- Food vendors will be required to provide $1M general liability insurance, naming 559 Night Market, Central Fish and Fresno Street Eats as additionally insured.
