In the spirit of open salaries, we've launched "What's your sweldo, pare?", an initiative where tech workers can anonymously share their salaries for everyone to see. We think its about time that we know if we are being paid accordingly.

This is meant to encourage fellow designers, engineers, or tech people in general to recognize their value and hopefully encourage people to negotiate for a just salary according to the value that they bring.

WHAT ARE OPEN SALARIES?
Open salaries mean that people can negotiate and position their salaries according to the value that they bring to the company (among others). HOW WILL THIS DATA BE USED?
We will be using this information to create an open dashboard that anyone can access. We will also create a report on this, for public consumption.
Rest assured that we will only collect information that will be used strictly for this initiative. We will NOT share this information with companies or individuals that may seek to use this information to undermine the goals of this project. We will also never sell the information collected from here.
