What's your sweldo, pare? - Tambayan 404 Open Salary Initiative

In the spirit of open salaries, we've launched "What's your sweldo, pare?", an initiative where tech workers can anonymously share their salaries for everyone to see. We think its about time that we know if we are being paid accordingly.

This is meant to encourage fellow designers, engineers, or tech people in general to recognize their value and hopefully encourage people to negotiate for a just salary according to the value that they bring.

Open salaries mean that people can negotiate and position their salaries according to the value that they bring to the company (among others).
