NOTE: Earliest shifts start at 7 am. We will hold orientations based on your assigned role that will begin at the start time listed for each shift (7:00 AM, 8:15 AM, and 8:45 AM). Your assigned role will determine which orientation you will need to attend. Please plan to arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to your assigned orientation time to ensure you can check-in, get breakfast, and get oriented for your assigned role. Assigned roles and accompanied orientation times will be emailed no later than the morning before the event. 


Free breakfast, coffee, lunch and water will be provided for all event staff and volunteers; including a vegetarian food option. Event is rain/shine but we will cancel if there are severe thunderstorms.

Note, event orientation begins at 7:00 AM, 8:15 AM and 8:45 AM depending on the role, so please ensure you are able to attend the applicable orientation on the day of the event.
