NJHS Service Hours
Please fill out a service form for each event you participate in.  DO NOT FORGET you need to complete 20 total hours of NJHS group service or outside individual volunteer time for the year to maintain your membership.

Proof of service may need to be provided and could be asked of you for any personal hours completed. Proof of service does not need to be provided for NJHS planned events.
