Merchant Booth Space *
Booth spaces are first given to members of the Berry Hill Business Association on a first come, first served space. After that time, all booth space is available. Each vendor is responsible for tenting, tables, chairs, power source and articles of sales. Each vendor is responsible for collection of TN Sales & Use taxes. All booth spaces are located on paved surface, unless otherwise noted. PLEASE RESERVE ME:

Event Details *
Bransford Avenue will be closed 7:00 am until 7:00 pm on Saturday, November 11th, 2017. Festival site is located on Bransford Avenue, with entrances on the South side of Heather and the North side of Iris. Load In: Starts at 7:00 am to be completed by 9:00 am with all vehicles removed from festival site by 8:30 am. No vehicles are permitted on the street while the festival is going on other than Emergency Vehicles. Load Out: Load out to begin by the close of the festival at 4:00 pm. Please be aware of festival attendees who will still be present on festival street. A complete festival package will be emailed to you with all the festival information after receiving application.
Vendor Guidelines *
1. Payment due with application. 2. Payment is non-refundable. 3. No food allowed for resale or display unless authorized by festival committee. 4 Vendors will be responsible for all cords, leveling materials, tents, power source, etc. 5. Set-up must be complete & all vehicles in vendor parking area by Saturday at 8:30 am. 6. Festival will happen rain or shine. No refund on booth fees. 7. Vendors are required to provide their own furnishings, including display furniture, tables and chairs. 8. There is no application fee other than your booth fee. You will conduct your own sales and collect/report tax for each sale as required by the TN Department of Revenue. “MMiBH” is not responsible for collecting or paying any taxes for local, state or federal agencies.
Vendor Agreement *
Making Merry in Berry Hill Steet Festival committee reserves the right to restrict or remove exhibits without refund that may have been falsely entered, or deemed by us to be unsuitable or objectionable. Upon signing this document, the undersigned agrees to the rules specified in this agreement and waives all right and claims against “MmiBH”, Berry Hill Business Association, the City of Berry Hill, its board members and associates for any personal loss, injury or damage to any property of the participants during the Making Merry in Berry Hill Street Festival. Permission is granted to reproduce images for publicity. “MmiBH” will not be responsible for loss of sales due to inclement weather, natural disaster, legal restrictions or ordinances, unlawful acts of any kind or any act of God.
