Rainbodhi Workshop - Buddhist Toolkit for LGBTQIA+
Rainbodhi LGBTQIA+ Buddhist community presents a 4-part online series of workshops based on the Brahma Viharas (4 Immeasurable States) teaching. Each week we explore one of these immeasurable states through guided meditation, and connect with each other in small groups to discuss how we can practise the Brahma Viharas in our daily life.
The series is held over four consecutive Sundays:
12th July: Loving Kindness (Metta)
19th July: Compassion (Karuna)
26th July: Empathetic Joy (Mudita)
2nd August: Equanimity (Upekkha)
6pm - 7.30pm (AEST- Sydney/Brisbane) / 4pm - 5.30pm (GMT+8 -Singapore)

This series is a safe space for adult LGBTQIA+ identifying people. Rainbodhi is a non-sectarian Buddhist friendship group and welcomes everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or religion.
