2024 MYGroup Ski Trip Registration

IMPORTANT: You must pay FIRST. Your registration is not valid until payment is received AND this form is filled out.

Financial assistance is available on a first come, first served basis. Let us know in the form below. 

One person per registration form. If you're registering multiple kids, please complete 1 form for each.

INFORMATION:
-January 12-15, 2024 (MLK weekend)
-Depart Friday at 3:30 PM sharp and return Monday evening
-Don't be late. We've been forced to leave late people behind before.

-Your registration is not complete and your spot is not saved until this form and payment have both been received.
-Please fill out an individual form for each attendee
-Ages 12 and up youth brothers and sisters
-Space is very limited

-Early bird pricing (until December 15th) is $280
-Normal pricing (after December 15th) is $330
-No refunds are possible (we have to pay for everything in advance)

-Payments can be made online through the BIS Website link above or to Br. Rashid with cash or check

-Please bring:
• Sleeping bag and pillow (optional)
• Clothes for at least 4 days
• Waterproof skiing clothes (ski clothes rental is available for $15-25
• Waterproof gloves
• Personal hygiene items (toothbrush, deodorant, etc.)
• Money for at least 3 meals and souvenirs 
• Any medication that is needed (inhalers, etc.)
