ELEKTRIK FANTASY FESTIVAL™ will be North America's first sustainable underground dance music festival and masqueraveto benefit our environment, streamed and broadcast LIVE around the world, bringing together electronic dance culture, renowned artists, our creative spirit, imagination and nature in a way no one has dared before - to change our destructive conditioning to fossil fuels, single-use plastics and shake up the music festival landscape through our #rethinkfestivalimpact campaign. One of our goals is to unite and feature local healthy food & beverage vendors on our global festival platform to bring awareness to our health, and CHANGE regarding our collective pollution problem and its detrimental effect on our oceans. Power is in the Unity, Change begins in our own backyard - LOCALLY - and South Florida is Ground Zero for climate change impact.

By agreeing to participate in Elektrik Fantasy IV you agree to the terms set forth. Please carefully read and complete the form to ensure your potential spot at the festival. All submissions are subject to approval by the Elektrik Eventz LLC Directors and Festival Partners. IF YOU ARE APPROVED, you will be sent an official application and contract via the email you provide in this form.

VENDOR FEES + DEADLINES:
Tiered for your convenience. The earlier you apply, the less you pay and the more benefits you gain from early promotion and membership in our Vendor Affiliate Program.

    $150 Early Bird - ends SEPT. 30, 2022
    $200 Wave I - ends DEC. 31, 2023
    $250 Wave II - ends MARCH 1, 2023
    $300 Wave III - ends MAY 31, 2023
    $400 Wave IV - LAST CALL, ends AUG. 31, 2023*
*Elektrik Eventz Director Invite (at any time): $200 flat vendor fee

Payment Plans:
We understand that the desire to participate in important events to gain growth for your business and having the dollars to do it don't always coincide, so we've made it extra easy!  For every Vendor who applies and is approved, through all tiers except Wave IV, we offer weekly or bi-weekly payment plans starting at 30% down with recurring payments as low as 10% until you're fully committed.  Specific details and options are outlined within Vendor contract. We accept credit and debit card payments through Square. Fees apply.

PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE. SPACE IS LIMITED! TOP-PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO VENDORS WHO PRACTICE SUSTAINABILITY AND/OR UTILIZE ORGANIC, HEALTHY, VEGAN, LOCALLY-SOURCED (VERIFIED) MENU ITEMS.

​Vendor Feature Benefits provided by Elektrik Fantasy Festival™  / Elektrik Eventz LLC:

• exhibitor space to showcase/sell your products, sign up guests (you provide tent 12x12 max)*
• exposure to c. 2,000+ guests in attendance
• placement on our site with direct links to your site/socials
• heavy promotion on all social media platforms and within event
• global radio promotion within festival drops (10-15 mentions per day)
• combined est. 2 MILLION+ worldwide recognition via local/global radio promotion, festival LIVE stream and radio broadcast plus national/international media coverage pre/during/post event
• entry for up to 4 of your brand representatives
• opportunity to increase revenue through ticket sales in the months/weeks leading up to the Festival**

** Through our Fantasy Vendor Affiliate Program, vendors will be given the opportunity to vend for FREE and make a profit well before the festival gates even open!


In return, all vendors must provide upon request:

• completed application/contract and signed waiver  
• vendor fee (we utilize Square invoices, credit card payment)
• liability insurance documents (if applicable)
• co-promotion/support of the festival on all platforms (social media, website, post engagement, event shares, etc) as outlined by Elektrik Eventz LLC in your Official Fantasy Vendor packet

PLEASE NOTE:    
- In order to enter our Fantasy Vendor Affiliate Program and/or enjoy promotional benefits Vendor fees must be satisfied.
- Elektrik Fantasy is a 100% ZERO SINGLE-USE PLASTICS FESTIVAL. We do not permit plastic bags, cups, bottles, utensils, containers, straws or glitter (microplastics) to be brought in or utilized by any guests, vendors, partners, staff, artists, performers, etc. By filling out this form, you agree you will not utilize any single-use plastics listed or not listed above at the festival.

LOCAL, SUSTAINABLE, HEALTHY, ORGANIC, GOURMET, VEGAN/VEG-FRIENDLY VENDORS GIVEN FIRST PRIORITY.
