Community Forum- Health and Well-being

Please join the Children's Services Advisory Committee (CSAC) on Thursday, August 29th at the IG Center from 4:00-5:30 pm for our Community Forum. The Forum will focus on the health and well-being of the children and families in Indian River County, and your presence would greatly contribute to the conversation.

This forum will provide an invaluable opportunity for leaders like yourself to:

  • Discover: Learn about the impactful programs currently making a difference in our community.
  • Identify Gaps: Engage in meaningful discussions to pinpoint areas where services may be lacking and brainstorm solutions.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside fellow stakeholders to strengthen the support we offer to our children and families.

We are thrilled to feature an esteemed panel of guest speakers, including:

  • Carrie Lester, CEO of the Substance Awareness Center
  • Autumn Schneider, Director of Internal Operations at IRC Healthy Start Coalition
  • Dr. Heather Miranda, Executive VP of Treasure Coast Community Health
  • Miranda Swanson, Health Officer of IRC Health Department
  • Wes Samons, Executive Director of the Mental Health Collaborative
