Brawl Minus Tier List
I figured I'd simplify the way we'd determine a character's tier by simply making a form to fill out. Due to previous problems with the S-I tier list, we're just going to have you rate the character on a scale of 1 - 10. 10 Being truly top tier, and 1 being good in vBrawl standards, but bad for Brawl Minus standards. After that, we can sort-of categorize everything into a sort of tier list.
