New Menu - Packed Lunch Order Form
All parents and carers are asked to complete this NEW form - even if you will be providing your child with their own packed lunch.
Our school dinner providers have now amended the Autumn term menu.
This new Menu is on a 2-week cycle.
Week 1 options will begin on Monday 14th September.
Week 2 options will begin on Monday 21st September.
You will need to submit a form for each child to state whether or not you wish them to receive a school packed lunch. If you do wish them to receive a school packed lunch, you are required to indicate your child's choices.
This form is to be completed once for each child in Reception - Year 6.
Children not entitled to free school meals or universal free school meals (all children in Reception, Y1 & Y2) can purchase school packed lunches at a cost of £2.60 each day, payable via ParentPay.
If we do not receive a completed form we will assume that you will provide them with a packed lunch from home.
