All redemption of the Wireless Beats will be made pick-up In-Store starting August 22nd.

Availability on limited style will be dependent on a first come first serve basis. IF the color of your first choice is no longer available, the DEFAULT WILL BE BEATS STUDIO 3 or BEATS SOLO 3 in BLACK.

1. I'm unable to view the form?
- Please open your email on a laptop device. Often times google forms will not load on your phone.

2. Can I have my Beats shipped to me before August 22nd?
- Yes, there will be an additional charge for shipping and handling. Please send an email to with the subject line "Ship Beats" and within the email provide your name, ship to address, and phone number for us to call you back on to make the charge.

3. What is the estimated shipping time if I have it shipped to me?
- For Ground shipping it will be 5-7 Business days ($5.50). Express shipping - 2 Business days ($8.00). Or Overnight ($11.00).
Charges will apply (amount does not include with tax) and transaction will need to be done over the phone.

4. If I change my mind, can I still change my color preference after I submit in the form?
- Depending on availability on/after August 22nd, you may ask for an color exchange if it is available upon arrival In-store. Otherwise you will receive the first color/style based on your submission or the default.

5. My Beats won't work as soon as I used it. What do I do?
- Please bring the product and packaging back to the store within 7 days of Pick-up for an immediate exchange. After 7 days, please visit a local Apple Inc store to run diagnostics as all Apple products have a one year service warranty.

6. I threw away my packing slip, what do I do?
- We ask that you keep your receipt upon receiving the laptop as it will be the main verification for proof of purchase.

7. Will I receive reminders or updates on the Beats Redemption process?
- We will try to send an email reminder of when and where the Beats Headphones pick-up will take place if it changes.

8. I did not purchase online and don't have a Web Order Number, what do I do?
- Please fill in "In-store Purchase" or "Over the phone" based on your transaction

9. Can I pick up the Beats at a local Apple Store instead of waiting until I arrive to campus?
- No. The promotions only applies to the purchase at it's respective store. So you can only redeem with us.

10. There are other colors provided by Apple from different color collections, can I get those?
- No. Unfortunately there are certain limitations that Apple Inc will allow regular retail stores to offer vs. Campus stores at Higher Education. The colors provided in this form are the only colors available with your purchase.

11. I purchased a 2017-2018 Model through WakeWare, Can I still be eligible for the Beats?
- No, Unfortunately past End of Life models from 2018 and prior are not eligible for the Summer Promotion.
