Expression of interest: CeADAR 'Work Ready Graduate Training Programme. 2026 
Please note this is an expression of interest form, not the official application form. The full application will open in 2026, and you’ll be notified once it’s available.

The graduate will be on placement in your company for 12 months*, during which time they will be expected to work on planned or ongoing (non-operational) projects involving AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.

The graduate will be under the direct supervision of your company.

The graduate will be required to attend CeADAR training courses each month (approximately 1 day per month) and CeADAR events.

*The graduate programme lasts for 12 months, with approximately 1 month required for onboarding at the start of the programme.


Due to the popularity of the programme, we expect to be oversubscribed. Applications will be shortlisted based on the technical project details provided. The final decision will be made by the technical panel at CeADAR. 

Eligibility Criteria for the Programme - You must meet these requirements to apply for the programme.

  • Companies must be registered in Ireland and be an EI or IDA client

  • The programme is suitable for established SMEs 

  • You must outline a defined and consistent project for the year (non-operational)

  • Your company should have an established technical team

  • Your company should have a suitable technical supervisor to oversee the graduate

  • Projects must involve AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics

  • Priority will be given to CeADAR members, applications are open to all registered companies that are clients of EI or the IDA
