UCSB Final Exams under new COVID-19 Policies

This is a form for students to express their concerns with having regularly scheduled in person finals in light of the recent communication from the Chancellor's office regarding COVID-19. All of the responses to this google form will be taken very seriously, and relayed to the Chancellor's office, as well as the five A.S. executives (including the President).
