Food Information
EATers eat well. Our standard is organic, vegetarian-friendly meals with vegan options, served three times a day, with self-serve snacks available throughout the day. Food is fresh, plentiful, and substantial, and teas and coffee are available at all times. EAT bases its food budget based on your answer to the following, and we shop for specific amounts of meat, vegetarian and vegan options based upon the information that students provide us. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
The cost of the course includes all instruction, activities, camping, a digital copy of our Natural Building Resources Reader, and meals for the course. To keep our course accessible to people of all economic levels, EAT offers a number of different pricing options, all of which are based on a sliding scale, as well as limited Work-Trade positions at half cost. When you complete this form, you will be directed to the course page where you can process your payment via the method you indicated.

No-Refund Policy: Payments are absolutely nonrefundable if you cancel for any reason. However, payments may be transferable to a future session, minus a $100 administration fee. Work Trade Applicants
This course will require work-traders who are ready and able to work hard and cheerfully to assemble materials and tools, prep work sites, help in the kitchen with prep and clean-up, maintain clean facilities during the course, and help with clean-up at the end. We need folks who can arrive two days before the course begins and stay until everything is cleaned up at the end. Folks who are willing to run to town for last-minute supplies or to help with carpools are also needed.
