Thank you for your interest in volunteering! This picnic has been a tradition since the 1930s and has become one of our largest annual events. We need all the help we can get to ensure its success – even a couple hours will make a big difference! (Service hours available for students)

    ON-SITE PARKING (CASH ONLY): $7 per car –or– $5 for seniors 65+ and disabled persons with placard
  • OAA Center (TRUCK UNLOADING ONLY)

Volunteer/Performer Thank You Dinner *
AFTER SUNDAY'S EVENT, meet us at the OAA Center at 5 PM to help unload the truck and then enjoy an informal "otsukare" dinner for volunteers and performers!
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To help speed up the check-in process, please complete this Waiver of Liability form before the event. Minors (younger than 18) are asked to have the form completed by a parent or legal guardian.
