Shakopee Public Schools IntraDistrict Transfer Form

Please complete the below form if all of the below criteria are met:

  • Your child is presently enrolled in Shakopee Public Schools.
  • You and your child presently reside in Shakopee Public Schools district boundaries.
  • You would like your child to attend a school other than the one they are assigned to.
Once this form is submitted, the Welcome Center will review your request and work with building and district administration to provide timely feedback. Questions? Please contact welcomecenter@shakopee.k12.mn.us

Please note, a new form will be required when moving from elementary to middle school, if desired. Otherwise, the student will be assigned to a middle school based upon their address. A different form must be completed for each child, if you are requesting that more than one transfer within the district.
