Eid Fest Volunteer Interest Form

Assalamu Alaikum! We are excited to announce that Eid Fest is around the corner! Please fill out this form if you are available to volunteer at the event. This will be a great opportunity to gain volunteer hours, strengthen and create connections, and further serve the community.

Eid Fest is the Carolinas' Largest Eid Festival, bringing together thousands of attendees from various backgrounds in our community.

Setup Day: Friday, June 5, 2026
Eid Fest Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026
Eid Fest Time: 1:30 - 7:30 (first hour is restricted)
Location: North Carolina State Fairgrounds (Jim Graham Building)

*Lunch will be offered to first and second shift volunteers*

-2nd Shift: Operating and manning various stations during Eid Fest and helping breakdown after Eid Fest

- Bazaar and other setup: Done the day before (June 5th), demarcating areas where vendors will be, separating wristbands, general setting up
