Learn proper Run Technique - Endurance Team will meet on Tuesday and Thursday. Starting Jan 8 - Feb 14th. Ending with AMI Round the Bays 7km fun Run on Feb 17th.
Meet at the Petone Pier at 6pm. You'll have a MaD CrossFit endurance certified coach there to run the session. Each Session will be one hour, and include stretching, warm up, and drills for better running position. Over 6 weeks we'll review nutrition both pre and post race, discuss injury prevention and ways to ease tight/sore muscles. Space is limited, so please register and pay to secure your spot. You will also have weekend homework that you can do on your own to help improve your running technique.
