Fee's if you pay all markets up front, and register for 2 or more events:

Table fee: $28.00, Includes: 
2- 4 foot by 3 foot tables & one chair. Half spots are also available for $14 (Sept 18, Oct 16, Nov 20)

DROP IN FEE's- You do not want to pay up front or you only plan to attend 1 market during the season.

Drop-in Fee: $33.00, includes 2- 4 foot by 3 foot tables & one chair paying 1 market at at a time, or you only plan on attending 1 event for the whole season. (Sept 18, Oct 16, Nov 20)

100% of the fees for the season will be due within 1 week of acceptance of market. Any late payments will be subject to a $5 late fee. If for any reason you have to cancel, you can be reimbursed up to 2.5 weeks prior to the market. If your cancellation drops you down to less than 2 markets, there will be a $5 fee removed from your returned fee, per cancellation, this is to prevent anyone from trying to get the discounted full season rate, without intention of attending the required number of markets. Also, Any last minute cancellations (within 2.5 weeks) will not be reimbursed.

Rules & Regulations: . 11)If for any reason you have to cancel, you can be reimbursed up to 2.5 weeks prior to the market. Any last minute cancellations (within 2.5 weeks) will not be reimbursed. 2) Vendors will rotate positions throughout the season to increase exposure & make it fair for all vendors. 3) The market will operate between the hours of 5:30-8:30pm, Do not break down prior to the market ending at 8:30pm- unless you have sold out of your product. If you have sold out please talk to the market manager before tearing down. 4) Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 5:15pm. 5) All vendors must unload their car and move it to the designated parking zone ASAP. 6)No vendor’s products or display should impede vision of another booth, products, or impede aisles. 7)Be self- reliant for cash. 8)We expect all to be respectful & professional with guests, vendors & market staff. 9)You are responsible for any waste in your space. If you have samples or food, PLEASE bring your own waste bin. If there is any garbage or mess left in your designated spot, there will be a $10 cleaning charge per market. If garbage or mess is left in your designated spot for more than 3 markets, you will no longer be allowed to attend the market and you will forfeit your remaining fees for any remaining markets 10) 50% of the fees for the season will be due within 48 hours of acceptance of market. The remaining 50% will be due September 1st. Any late payments will be subject to a $5 late fee. *
