Thank you for your interest in visiting the Montclair State University Galleries! Please complete this form to schedule a visit for groups of 11 or more people. Faculty members must submit a request for each class section.

Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your desired visit date. Please plan accordingly as certain requests require meeting with a University Galleries staff member prior to booking your visit.

You will receive an email confirmation from the University Galleries if your visit can be accommodated.
