Thank you for your interest in visiting the Montclair State University Galleries! Please complete this form to schedule a visit for groups of 11 or more people.

If you are a faculty member who wants to bring multiple classes to visit, please submit a request for each class section.

Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your desired visit date. Please plan accordingly, as certain requests require meeting with a University Galleries staff member prior to finalizing your visit.

You will receive an email confirmation from the University Galleries if your visit can be accommodated.

A Place to be Held is the first solo museum exhibition by NYC-based artist Maria Yolanda Liebana. The exhibition imagines a matriarchal world where chance, identity, and desire are always in motion. Inspired by the birth of her daughter, Liebana explores motherhood as both a physical and spiritual terrain shaped by labor, wonder, and transformation. Learn more
