While we aim to be as flexible as possible, we ask that no changes be made to any speciality orders within 48 hours of collection. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please call or text our team as soon as possible on 0455510126. Cancellation of orders for imported flowers such as roses and orchids within 5 days of the collection date, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total imported product order. This is due to the fact that we place orders in advance with both local and international suppliers, and these items are imported according to demand, and paid for in advance.
If you have any issues or concerns regarding the items received in your order, GC Flower Market must be notified via email within 24 hours of purchase. No exchanges or refunds can be given if notified outside of the 24 hour timeframe or if no photos are provided. Photos must include close up details of the issue/damage, as well as a photo of the total number of stems with which there is an issue. For Ecuador roses, a photo of the packaging and barcode must be included.
