Full-Time Remote Learning Sign-up 1/19/21
We are anticipating a return to in-person hybrid learning on January 19th. This form is ONLY to be used if you wish for your child(ren) to switch from Hybrid In-person to Full-Time Remote Learning during the 20-21 School Year. Please read all guidance and expectations before selecting this option. If you change your mind on this option at any time, you will have the ability to transition your child back to in-person learning. Please complete one form per family.
