The Registration fee is 80€/100USD = Attendees from the USA and Europe or Kigali-based institutions of these regions.

10 USD/ 10000 RFW = Attendees from all other regions & residents of the city of Kigali.

Exemptions:  representatives from the organizing and sponsoring institutions, forum speakers, forum
moderators, workshop instructors, all students (with student ID), Kigali city and Rwandan government
officials.


The Registration fee  covers essentially prison visit, lunches & coffee breaks.
