I am currently conducting an assessment of the University Library's resource discovery tool, more popularly known as Tuklas, as part of the requirements for my postgraduate studies. The primary objective of this study is to determine if Tuklas discovery tool is the most appropriate technology to address the research/information needs of the University Library's primary users (students and faculty members).

Also, as the person primarily responsible for the implementation and customization of Tuklas discovery tool, your responses/feedback would help me a lot in improving/enhancing this online search tool.
