The Loretta Labovitch Sports Scholarship honours a young Jewish female athlete whose passion, dedication, and commitment to sport reflect growth and purpose.
Eligibility
- Jewish female athlete
- Ages 12–16 (Grades 6–11)
- Competing at a club or school level
Selection Criteria- Demonstrated passion for sport
- Financial need
- Community involvement and volunteerism
Award Details
- Bursary funded by the Loretta Labovitch Fund held at the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba
- Recipient selected by an official Selection Committee of community and industry leaders
- Winner notified in advance and recognized on stage at the 2026 Rady JCC Ken Kronson Sports Dinner
- Each recipient receives one complimentary ticket with the option to purchase additional tickets
