UTMAS Conference RVSP Form
The 2024 UTMAS Conference will be held on March 22 and run from 11:30-3:30 in DV-3130CC. During this event, sandwiches will be offered for participants and attendees! In order to appropriately gauge how many people will be attending to ensure we order the correct amount of food, we ask that all participants, judges and attendees fill out this form. 

Please fill out this form to indicate whether you require any dietary or accessibility accommodations!

Lunches will be limited for one per-person. There will be vegetarian options and gluten-free available upon request. Lunch will be provided to all individuals who register; if you do not register there is no guarantee you will be able to receive lunch or that your dietary restrictions can be met.
