Mentoring Families Program Sign-Up for Attendings

ABFMP is looking to launch it's Mentoring Families Program on May 1, 2023. Mentors will be assigned a Mentoring Family which will consist of an attending, PGY3+, PGY2, PGY1, and a medical student or medical school graduate. It is expected that each Family will connect as a group at least once every 3 month and 1:1 meet ups occur as needed.

ABFMP will provide guidelines of potential topics to cover, but ultimately each Family can determine how they'd like to support one another.
