The purpose of this form is to allow a parent or guardian to register an intent for their child to be enrolled as a full-time distance learning student in North Tippah Schools for the fall semester. This is in addition to and does not replace the online registration process for the actual school in which the student is enrolled for 2020-21. Please complete one (1) form for every student you want to register for full-time distance learning.
