Pinecrest Wine Festival - Wine/Beer/Spirits Vendor Form
If you would like to have your wine and/or beer brand at our event, please fill out this form and submit it.

Cost : $200
We cover cost of tent, table, person to pour and we buy all product. (Beer & Spirits do need to staff their table)

Join us for the first Pinecrest Wine Festival, benefiting Cleveland Clinic Babies Hospital.  The Pinecrest Wine Festival is in the brand new Pinecrest Community on the border of Beachwood and Orange. This has quickly become one of the hottest spots in the area. Our event takes place on Saturday, September 28th from 4:00 – 10:00 p.m on the main road that goes through Pinecrest.
This is our first year for the event and we are truly excited to grow this into a new annual event. The location and venue are perfect for a wine festival. Expected attendance for this event is around 1500 and we will cap it at that number for our first year to ensure to smooth and successful event. Here is what is included in your $200 vendor package.

A 10’ x 10’ tent for sampling your wine or spirits - includes 1 table, 2 chairs and linen
Signage at your station featuring your company/table name
Your company name and featured wines or spirits listed in the digital event program
Distribute company literature and promotional items to more than 1500 guests
Exposure on the event website, social media, email newsletter and promotions done on radio/news.
Here are the steps needed to participate:
Register by filling out the form below. We will contact you to confirm your table and send you an invoice that can be paid online.
Prepare a list of wines or spirits you would like to sample on site as well as the retail and wholesale cost per bottle.  Up to 5 items per table only.
We operate under a F2 permit and will purchase the wine ahead of time for delivery to the event prior to opening.
* Note that unopened bottles will be inventoried and a recap will be sent to you so that all invoices can be credited with any wines we return
Arrange for a representative to be at your table through out the event. Tasting notes and info sheets should be included on your table for guests to review.
The Cleveland Clinic is our benefactor of this event. Monies raised will go towards their Pediatric division. They are the presenting sponsor of the Wellness Festival which happens on the same day as the wine festival. This will help cross promote both events and help raise additional money for a great cause.
