Please complete the following form to submit your nomination for a Member of the Year of Multiples of America. Continuing the tradition of Member of the Year, Multiples of America will recognize up to two Members of the Year from each participating local club. This year, you will again have the opportunity to select a member or two who best exemplify the title of Member of the Year for your club. Please complete one form per nomination and read the Multiples of America Member of the Year Nomination flyer to review the criteria determined for this nomination. Deadline for submitting nominations is June 30th, 2023.
