There are 2 coaching options. You can choose to go through the program with two one-on-one coaching calls per month which includes a food diary assessment and ongoing coaching, or do the self-guided program at a reduced rate with no coaching outside of the program portal.

This is a habit-based nutrition program. What does that mean? It means that I won't be handing out meal plans and macro calculations. I will teach you how to create your own meal plans with the healthy foods that fit your goals and preferences. We will start at ground zero and practice healthy habits that will set you up for a lifetime of sustainable healthy nutrition.

This is a year long program that is billed monthly, however if at any point you decide it is not for you, you can opt out of the program at no additional cost. There are no contracts or long-term commitments other than your personal commitment to do your best.

This is a 12 month program. Are you committed to a long term program? We don't do quick fixes around here, our program is built on habit development. We will practice new healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits that will result in long-term sustainable results. *
This program requires about 15 minutes per day to read through online lessons, answer questions, communicate with your coach (me) and additional time to practice habits. Do you agree to receive daily emails and can you commit to finding at least 15 minutes each day to go through the online program? *
Are you open to coaching and trying new strategies? An open mind is an essential quality to be successful in this program. *
Are you willing to share progress pictures with your coach? They will be private between you and your coach (me). Progress pics are not a requirement but a helpful tracking metric and highly recommended. *
Some people who have gone through the coaching program have said at times they felt the development was too slow. Are you willing to trust the process, be patient and play the long game? (Did I mention we don't do quick fixes?) *
This program can dig deep into the mental aspect at times. Are you comfortable with being totally honest with me about your struggles, challenges and road blocks? *
How confident are you that you are ready, willing and able to make lifestyle changes? *
Are are serious about completing the program and making healthy nutrition changes? This is NOT a diet or meal plan or macro calculations. It's all about learning and building healthy habits. It is appropriate for anyone who wants to eat better and live healthier. It is a great program, but it takes work and commitment on your end. *
Choose whether you would be interested in the program that includes 2 coaching calls a month or if you would like to complete the self-guided program without coaching calls at a discount rate. Self-guided program includes communication with me through the online portal only. *
