Before we get started, let's take care of all the legal stuff... (which means you should read this carefully)
NONSTANDARD RENTAL PROVISIONS
By completing and submitting this Rental Agreement Extension, Tenant agrees to continue to rent the indicated apartment on Tenant's original Residential Rental Agreement.
If Tenant stops using the Apartment, Parking or Storage Unit (Space) before the Ending Date, you are still responsible for rental of the relevant Space unless and until it can be re-rented. Landlord will try to re-rent if landlord has no other similar Spaces available, a 1 Bedrooom if it is a 1 Bedroom involved, an Indoor Garage (IG) Space if it is an IG Space, etc. involved. Tenant is encouraged to bring forth any re-renters. If the Space can be re-rented, current Tenant is responsible to landlord for a damage fee (Re-Rental Fee) in the amount as indicated in Tenant's Residential Rental Agreement in advance and before any changes will be undertaken in order to cover landlord’s work and activity involved in trying to re-rent, i.e. administration, time, paperwork, etc.
After you submit this form for review, Landlord will review the form (1-7 days, M-F) and, if approved, a representative of Day Co. will send to you an email confirming the Extension.
Terms and Conditions (All the Details)
All Terms and Conditions of the Residential Rental Agreement on file with the landlord shall remain in full force and effect, other than the changes to the dates indicated below. If there is any change in the rental rate, Tenant will be informed of such change beforehand.
