Terms and Conditions
Please read the following carefully before submitting your application.

By submitting an Application for Pitch@Palace through this form, you hereby:
(a) accept the terms of our Privacy Policy (available at pitchatpalace.com/privacy-policy/);
(b) confirm you have the consent of all individuals named in your application in respect of providing their personal details and those of the business;
(c) confirm and warrant that all information you submit is true, current, original and complete and that the business is your own and does infringe any rights of any third parties whatsoever.

Inaccurate, incomplete, libellous, inappropriate or fraudulent entries will be rejected and Pitch@Palace Palace C.I.C. reserves the right to rely on these terms in the recovery of any costs or damages caused by a breach of the above warranties.

In respect of the information you provide in your application:
(a) applications for Pitch@Palace are used for internal review and communication purposes only. We will only share your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(b) by submitting a Pitch@Palace application, you hereby consent to being photographed and filmed at all stages of the event. Pitch@Palace C.I.C. retains the exclusive right over all media created in relation to the event, and to the exclusive use of its name and trade marks. Any use of such media or the name and marks of Pitch@Palace must first be approved by the Pitch@Palace team.

Pitch@Palace Palace C.I.C. reserves the right to make changes to the event programme at any time, accepts no obligation either to put on any event or to include any Application, and accepts no responsibility or liability for any force majeure, for example the cancellation / postponement / change of venue of the final event or the availability of mentors.

All applicants and their representatives must behave and present their pitch in a manner appropriate to the occasion and to the reputation of Pitch@Palace C.I.C., its mentors, and St James's Palace. Inappropriate conduct may result in an applicant being removed from the event and Pitch@Palace Palace C.I.C. reserves the right to do this.

Any reference to The Duke of York, Pitch@Palace C.I.C. and any Pitch@Palace initiative shall be under the direction of Pitch@Palace C.I.C.

The Judges' decision is final.
